    We will keep you updated through phone calls, emails, or texts. You can also call us anytime to speak with your Service Advisor about your repair status or any concerns.

    Ensure your safety and contact emergency services if needed. Contact your insurance carrier to report the incident. Call us at 903-892-1720 or visit our shop to start the repair process.

    Repairs are performed following the manufacturer's repair guidelines. You'll receive an estimated completion date via phone, email, or text.
  • Step 4: Vehicle Paint
    If necessary, the vehicle is painted, including proper blending for a seamless finish.
  • Step 5: Vehicle Reassembly
    The vehicle is reassembled, ensuring all parts are securely installed. A final delivery date reminder is sent via phone, email, or text.
  • Step 6: Quality Assurance & ADAS Calibrations
    We are dedicated to your safety by properly calibrating your vehicle. Advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) calibrations are performed when necessary. We prep your car for pick-up by detailing it thoroughly. A final quality assurance inspection is conducted by the Service Advisor.
